In Remembrance

The book blogging community has lost a dear friend.  Dewey at The Hidden Side of the Leaf passed away last Tuesday.  Her husband let us know this morning, and I thank him for thinking about us.  Dewey was such an active part of our community and I cannot believe that she is gone.  Although I’ve never met her in person, she and her blog had become a regular part of my life.  She and her family are very much in my thoughts and prayers.

    They are in my thoughts as well. I feel so empty. I will miss Dewey’s energy.

    It’s just hard to believe, isn’t it? Even though I never met her, I feel like I knew her.

    I was shocked and terribly saddened by this as well. There’s definitely a void in the book blogging community as a result of her passing.
