First of all, what up with that cake???? Very very cool! Happy Birthday Mr. Gaiman! Thank you for bringing us the “other mother” (a term I love to use at the right moment in my house) and Bod!

OK, so here is how much of an idiot I am. Yesterday I had to go to the park to sign my son up for tackle football next year. I knew it was first-come, first-serve, so I got there early, prepared to sit and wait, so I brought my book (a true crime ARC I was loving). I got so wrapped up in the jostling for my place in line, that I left the book and one of my beautiful bookmarks with it at the park. When I realized what I had done, I raced back to the park, but it was gone. Guess somebody else likes true crime besides me. Long story short, I would love to replace my lost bookmark!
