A few weeks ago, Swapna from S. Krishna’s Books discovered that her content was being stolen and used on other sites. Her discussion of it on Twitter set into motion a week’s worth of posts on copyright infringement here and on her website. I wanted to use my Sunday Salon post to recap the week and to make the information available to bloggers down the road.
Swapna and I broke the topic into three posts:
Monday: Fair Use vs. Copyright Infringement
Wednesday: Identifying When Your Content Has Been Stolen
Friday: Taking Action Against Copyright Infringement
Hopefully everyone will get as much out of this week as we did.

What a fantastic resource! Thank you so much for putting this together. I only with we didn’t have to deal with it, but it’s nice to know there are ways to combat it. Thank you again!
